Digitalization of economies of low and middle income countries in the context of digital transformation

The article aims to quantify the relationship of introduction digital technologies on innovation, structural transformation low- and middle-income economies through correlation analysis indicators technological development (productivity sectors) Uzbekistan Ukraine ( share value-added employment sectors economy) for 1991-2019 assess between technology shifts channels employment. It is revealed that have undergone transformations economy in favor service sector, while agricultural industrial produce less less. If remains industrial-agrarian country with an aggregate added value these 59% 2019, transits post-industrial type where sector GDP grows (55% compared agrarian at 42%).
